Order iPhone 14 Plus

Hi all,

I ordered an upgrade last night (Sunday 16th) and the confirmation email came through. However, there was a note saying on the order screen that my iPhone 14 Plus would take 1 day to dispatch and that I should expect a text from DPD confirming the date and time or arrival 'soon'.

I haven't heard anything yet. Is this normal?

Welcome to the community,

Once DPD receive your order, you will receive notification the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

It also depends whether EE have them in stock and others, who may have ordered before you are not waiting for the same product, as to when it will be dispatched.
