Order dispatched by nothing.

Is there currently an EE issue on getting a new device. Ordered a galaxy fold 5 on 14th Oct in local store, said dispatched on 15th via email. But nothing since. Nearly end of cooling off period, never had such awful service in over 20yrs. Is this the new normal with EE?

Did you order it for dispatch to store? If so you might want to give them a call and see if it's arrived.
