Order delays

Ordered my phone on 31st October .. still no update on delivery.. was quoted within 21days when I ordered… that was a joke i think .. rang 150 to be told they have no idea and can’t help … 

has anyone who ordered a I phone 14 pro max since then received there’s yet ?

We will clear stock on a first come first served basis, clearing the orders from oldest to newest. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

If you would like to discuss your order, I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150.

Clearly a stock answer , did you read my message .. already rang  150 .. they have no idea .. .. EE happy to take orders on false pretences but not able to update or even tell there own customer care teams any info .. 150 could say where you are on a waiting list or how many outstanding orders there are .. could just say maybe before Christmas but couldn’t be sure !!
