Order confirmation

I placed and order on Saturday, received my order confirmation with confirmation of contract summary. However, I can't see an order reference number so am unable to track the progress and haven't had any further communication. How long does it take for orders to processed?

Speak to EE CS on 150 and they will provide a tracking number if your order is processed.

You can then check EE order tracking.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
