I ordered my upgrade on the 10th of July, had the order confirmation but no delivery date. I’ve put in a complaint and all I was told a that it is on back order and that they expect the phone to be sent within 28 days. I have been with ee since it became ee and have never had an issue with upgrades before. Where is it?

@Nat_91 you’ll have to call customer services about this. As you’re aware they also said expect the phone to be with you within 28 days not that it will be with you in 28 days.

Which phone did you order? Please include the colour and memory size. Since the 28 days have elapsed today, I would think it will be very close to being dispatched, but I can check our stock for you.

Our stock levels show that the phone is low on stock, but expected to be dispatched within 1 day. This could mean that we've received stock recently and cleared some back orders.
Hopefully you'll receive a message and delivery from DPD tomorrow. If you don't please let us know.
