Can someone help, spent 30mins on hold to get a line with no one there. Placed my upgrade order on Sunday, had a call on Wednesday to verify order details (from EE amd a genuine number) and was told would be a next day delivery. Now Friday and still nothing, order tracking doesnt work. If theres a delay in shipping fine, just tell people. Im wondering what is going on with my order...

Which phone did you order? Please include the colour and memory size and I'll check our stock for you.

S23 black 256gb. Spoke to 150 on the 22nd and they said it would be yesterday (27th) at the latest when i received it. Still nothing and the tracking says cant find your order still. 

Have had 2 different people at EE give me dates and still no further forward. Any help appreciated, now into another bill month where i could have gone onto sim only and saved about £20

The current delivery guidance for that model is an estimated seven days for dispatch.

You'll receive a notification from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Thanks for the reply, can you confirm 7 days from when? I placed the order on 17th September, was told on 19th it was next day delivery, then on the 22nd told it was due this week, you can see where the confusion comes in.

That delivery guidance is for new orders being placed today. Unfortunately I'm unable to check historical delivery guidance from when your order was placed.

I'd expect your order to be dispatched soon.
