I recently ordered a New Sim Last Sunday and I am still waiting for any sort of info about delivery etc. i got a Text from EE saying the order was cancelled but with no info on why. If I try to track The order it still recognises that the order is still in place. And says “we can’t show your order details right now” then proceeded to say they will keep me updated. Is my order still in place or not? Very confused.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this so they can check to see if the order is still active.
