One week since order confirmation email

It’s been a week since I did an order for the £29 Full works bundle for 24 months. I got an order confirmation but haven’t been charged nor had any sim sent out. Why is it taking this long? Any one else had it take this long. Debating wether to cancel it and just stay with giffgaff.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I’m pretty sure I get charged if I’m not ee customer I read?

Alternatively you can call EE where a guide can track the location of your order.

You should be able to call the number for free if you have standard calling minutes available on your current providers call plan.

I called them and it turns out I failed the credit check. I’m young so I have no credit history so did expect that that could be the case but the least they could have done was email me instead of me sitting here wondering what’s going on. The guy on the phone was great but leaving customers in the dark is shameful.

Usually if the order is not successful an email is sent to let you know it has been cancelled.
