Hello,
I placed an order for a phone on 08/01, and at the time of ordering I was informed that it would be dispatched on 09/01 with next-day delivery.
However, the order status is still showing “awaiting dispatch”, with no dispatch date provided.

Great choice of phone there, the iPhone 17 Pro Max is an amazing device.
I've had a look at our stock checker, and I can see that if you ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB in Silver on the 8th of January, the expected dispatch time would be around 7 days.

It's quite a popular version of the phone. We are waiting to receive more stock from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible.
As @Chris_S mentioned, we expect it to be dispatched within 7 days of the date you placed your order.
You can still track your order on the Track Your Order page.
If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
