Well what a shoddy on line service I think its time I left EE after many many years as a customer. Made an order on the 31st August I am on holiday now and I have still no update no sign of a dispatch no sign of anything it's disgraceful this is terrible customer service. I don't want this order now and it to be cancelled EE cannot deliver a promise and makes a mockery of their statements on delivery a new handset

I am sorry to hear you are now having to chase this whilst being on holiday.

Just to confirm this was the Samsung S23+ Black?

What was advised the last time you spoke with our customer care team and when was this?
