No update on phone I ordered iphone 16 plus in teal in 128gb I ordered last week and stated 7 days but no update and is on the 5th day

Many threads on the same topic. Apple own website says 2-3 weeks and EE are saying 28 days. 

Keep checking EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

Download the DPD app as well.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
