Hi,
I placed an order for upgrade to a samsung galaxy S22 ultra (256 GB phantom white) on the 16th of January. I got a confirmation email but have had no further updates and the order tracking number doesn't work. Payment has also been taken via my account. When should I expect an update?

You'll get a text from DPD when your order is ready to be delivered.
