Hi.
I placed an order this afternoon for the Samsung s23.
Paid the upfront cost of £30 which is showing on my account but no order number given at checkout or email.
I've checked all email boxes in case it went into junk.
The only proof of the order going through is the payment on my bank.
Can't get through via telephone.

Doesn't exactly fill me with confidence joining EE.
