No order confirmation

I ordered a Pixel 7 pro in hazel 256gb, yesterday 30/03/23 but have had no confirmation about order since, I have a 12 digit order number but won't show me any details at the moment when I try to log it in tracking order status. Many thanks for any help.

The same happened with me a couple of weeks ago

I was told I’d receive email confirmation within 24 hours but it never arrived (checked spam).

First I heard was the tracking text from DPD!
