I upgraded my phone on 21st November, yet still have no delivery date (though I noted EE have taken the order payment from my account?)

The current delivery guidance for that model is 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'.

Orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis and you'll receive a text with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is in stock, please get in touch on 150.

Any upfront handset costs are taken when the order is placed, rather than when your phone is dispatched.

I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear when you placed your order.
