I ordered a pay monthly phone yesterday and it took 30 pound out my bank but I haven't received any conformation that it's been received. And any time I look at orders it doesn't say anything. What do I do?

Please give Customer Service a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly.
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.
If the order wasn't completed, they can manually process the order for you.
Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We'll only complete the payment once the order is processed.
If the order doesn't get completed we'll not take the payment, and your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.

Same thing happened to me last night order new iPhone 17 pro money being taken out from bank account but no confirmation email or order number received text etc

I’m in the exact same boat too! Ordered my IPhone 17 Pro Max last Sunday and I haven’t heard a thing since! From what I’ve read, it may be due to stock issues but not 100% sure!

Strange EE needs to get this glitch sorted it just causing confusion
Is the order gone through or it's going through processing state
No communication whatsoever
When you leave an item in basket and log out they usually call you straight away ohh you left an item in basket we noticed do still wants it etc
But when you have problems no communication whatsoever

Hi I ordered a I phone 16 yesterday and I'm just wondering how long until I receive an email confirmation. The money is out of my bank so just wondering

@Steviejoe , have you checked your junk/spam folder? It may have gone there. We have no way of knowing when you will get your order, there is no account access here and we do not know who you are, this is a public forum.
