Hi there I placed an order to upgrade my phone yesterday I have not received any confirmation email or text my account has changed to the new plan but I do not know how to find my order

Can you use the email/mobile number you used for updates when you ordered and the postcode?
If not, please call us on 150 and the team will help you with the reference number to track your order 🙂
