Ordered a new phone yesterday in store and got it posted out for driver has just been but I have not received any information or notifications from ee or DPD.
driver refused to give me the parcel because I didn’t have a code to give him and said it’ll be resent tomorrow. Help

@Kieranbailey Try downloading the DPD app and create an account you’ll find the four digit pin on there.

I have tried this, the phone number given to DPD is wrong that’s why I haven’t received the code

The order isn’t showing on the DPD app that’s the thing, I haven’t had and email or text with anything when I try to contact DPD about the issue they are asking me for reference number or parcel numbers which I do not have because the contact details sent by EE were incorrect
