No Confirmation email

I have made a Phone order from EE and haven't received a confirmation email regarding my purchase. I've tried calling the mobile order helpline and it doesn't recognise the number so I am unable to proceed any further. I was wondering if there is any other way to check if my order was taken? I understand its the easter holidays, which may cause delays.

I've tried checking my junk folder, calling different numbers, and tried the DPD tracking app and nothing unfortunately.

Have you tried calling 07953 955 150?

DPD should text you when your order is ready to be delivered.

Hi Jon, 

I've tried giving the number a call, and it's not recognised, I've previously tried 07953 966150, which hasn't worked. 

I looked again later on DPD (or wait for a text)
