New upgrade, no confirmation email

Evening folks,

Yesterday I upgraded via phone call my 3 contracts which had ran out and 1 was for a new phone ( samsung galaxy s23 ultra in phantom black 256gb) on the max plan, the other 2 were just sim plans.

I received email confirmations for the 2 sim contracts and can now see both in MyEE, but did not receive anything for the mobile phone upgrade, nor can I see anything about it in MyEE….

the woman I was talking to did say the phone was out of stock and would take around 3 days minimum, and I done the text contract agreeing for all 3.

but I have no details for the phone via email and am afraid I may miss out on the “free galaxy 2 buds” if the order did not go through as the buds offer finishes tomorrow.

Thanks for coming here. 

Your My EE account will update once the order has been dispatched, the plan and contract dates will change and you will get a text to let you know. 

If you would like to make sure the order has been processed and request the tracking reference number for the online order tracker, please give us a call on 150.

Apologies, I did receive a text ( see photo ), but nothing else.

spam folder also checked and no emails regarding my order.

Yes they were part of the deal but won’t arrive until between 15-30 days after the contract starts
