Good morning I was just wondering if someone could help as everything I try and ring EE it gets put down. I ordered my phone on the 27th and the only thing I’ve heard is it’s on its way but that was on the 10th but nothings changed. When I purchased the phone it said 2 weeks and it’s been over that now

Unfortunately, due to problems with supplies from China, due to strict Covid rules there, there are delays in receiving Apple products, this will also depend how many before you have ordered, as products are sent out on a first come first serve basis.
Which product, colour and storage size did you order?
I suspect EE are reluctant to give an exact date due to the problems in China, but once your product is out for delivery, you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
