Hi. I recently became a new customer by ordering a new phone and number.
The up front payment was taken out of my bank. I then received a text saying that my order was cancelled, but the money still left my bank.
Please help!

It should only be showing at your bank as "Pending" & should disappear when EE do not lay claim to it.
