Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

i upgraded on the 22/09/25. Iphone 17 pro max blue 256gb. 
all i have had is an email on the day with a xko number. 
no updates. Now day 28. 
how much longer? Very tempted to cancel.

i ordered a iPhone 17 cosmic orange pro 256GB on 18/10.

The delivery for this was within 24 hours but looking on here you are not delivering phones bought in September.

it says nothing on the online tracking about any delay and still saying 24 hours.

is this not factually correct? It would be helpful if you could let me know what’s going on so I can make a decision about what to do next.

Hey, i dont work for them but ill try give some guidance, people that pre ordered on 12/09 still haven’t even had theirs yet, dont trust the timeframe they give as its not true or reliable.

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Deep Blue, stock guidance while placing the order on the 22nd September was - "Available to order- Expect despatch over 28 days"


Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
If you haven't done so already I would strongly recommend downloading the DPD app and as soon as this has been dispatched you will be notified with the tracking details.

Got text from ee saying  today I’ve been waiting 31 days

for iPhone 17 pro max in blue

 

Hi from EE. We're sorry you're still waiting for your new iPhone and we'd like to thank you for your patience. We're working with Apple to get more stock, so we can send yours out. There's no need to call us, we'll let you know as soon as it's on the way. Thanks.

I'm thinking they have no stock!!  I had a text yesterday apologising for the delay and saying they are working with Apple to get more stock. School boy error of over promising and under delivering!!

Well ive just rang the electronics team and they’ve told me I will definitely have mine by the 6th November and I ordered on the 6th october. So who knows, will wait and see if not im cancelling and taking it further with the compliants team and asking for some sort of compensation for me waiting a month for Nothing and will be ordering with someone else.
