Hi I have applies for a new contract with ee and received a email with a xko number 

Does that mean I have been accepted

Welcome to the community.

If you've got your xko number, it means that the order has been received, but will still need to be processed.

If it is accepted you'll get a text or email or notification in the DPD app if you have that, when the phone is on the way.

What phone did you go for?
