I recently ordered from EE around a week ago the iPhone 16 pro max good as new model in Natural Titanium and was told that I can expect dispatch within 2-3 days. I got a message the next day saying there will be delays however the product is still in stock when I check and I have not received any new updates since this message.
I’ve tried calling but haven’t gotten through to anyways, my emails haven’t been replied to and my text haven’t gone through.
This phone was meant to be a present to myself and I am really upset with my service at EE when I could’ve stayed with my old network. Has anyone experienced this problem and know anything I can do?

Hi @ag1235 Wow great choice of phone there! I'm a huge fan of Apple phones myself, the iPhone 16 Pro Max looks like an amazing device.
Which memory size and colour did you go for?
