New Phone - No tracking details?!

Can somebody help me?!

 

I'm trying to track my new phone but haven't received any details regarding the tracking details - no way of speaking to an actual person on the phone from EE (obviously) and i cant find anything in my junk or emails. I have no current phone to receive a text update. HEELLPPP

@BekahBaller1992  That’s probably because a device hasn’t been allocated to you yet.   What device did you order ?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
