Hi there
on the 30th of September I upgraded both mine and my husband’s phones to the new 17 pro max - they’ve still not arrived, and it’s been over 2 weeks now??
I got a tracking email today saying I’m trading in our old phones too - and that is not correct - as these are both fully paid for.
can somebody please pick this up and let me know when the are going to be dispatched?

They’re both 512Gb and one is silver and the other midnight blue - ordered on the 30th of September.
I’ll contact the team too as we are 100% not trading the old phones in - we had gone to sim only on the old phones as they are fully paid off.

Yeah, it's definitely best to check the trade-in messages with the team directly if that isn't right. I'm confident they'll be able to get that sorted out.
For orders placed on 30/09/25 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB Silver, the expected dispatch time is more than 28 days.
For orders placed on 30/09/25 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB Deep Blue, the expected dispatch time is within 28 days.
The next update you'd receive about delivery will be when stock is assigned to each order. DPD would then reach out directly to set your delivery date and timeslot, which you can monitor within the DPD app.
