Hi @Lueylexylily123,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

When did you place your order?

When was this?

I believe you've placed the order through the accessory section, right?

You pay the initial deposit, and then make the monthly payments. If it's in stock they will dispatch it very quickly. I ordered the Apple MagSafe battery pack from EE as an accessory, paid the deposit and received an order number, about 2 days later it arrived "out of the blue" and I wasn't even aware it had been dispatched.

You might well find it will just "turn up" some day soon when you aren't expecting it. Apparently if you download the DPD app and enter your address it will notify you when you have a delivery due which is a good way to keep track of EE orders, as EE ship physical (larger items) through DPD, and smaller items like SIM cards or letters through Royal Mail.

Oh I hope so I got a email and a tracking number but just says carnt give you no information just wanted to know it defiantly went through

Yes - the order always goes through if everything works as it should.

You would have received an order number, something like XKO followed by numbers... you can track that using EE's track an order page.

You will normally get a text from DPD on the morning of delivery, or sometimes the evening before advising what time slot you have been given for delivery, and usually who your DPD delivery driver is.

As I mentioned the DPD app is a good place to start to keep an eye on it, you'll know that way and I believe it sends you a push notification so you'll receive a popup on your phone when DPD have a parcel on the way to you.
