My order has been returned to EE.

I have upgraded my phone and the new phone was sent out in the post. I missed the 1st delivery attempt as I was at work and then I was in the house for the 2nd delivery attempt but didn't hear a thing even though I was in the room next to the door. I then rearranged for another day and they did not even attempt it. Then the next day they say they are returning my order to EE. I haven't received any other updates from EE or DPD for two days. Can anybody from EE help with this as this is now over a week since I purchased the upgrade.

@CiaranSchofield  DPD will only attempt to deliver the device to you twice on the failed second attempt it’s then returned back to EE.  Once EE have processed that return are you be able to upgrade again.    Has your account gone back to you being able to upgrade again?
