My SIM hasn't arrived

I ordered a 24month SIM about a week ago now and it still hasn't arrived. 

I'm just wondering what the usual delivery time for a SIM has been for others before I try ringing customer service.

SIM Only orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive. 

If you've been waiting longer, I would suggest getting in touch with our sales team by calling 0800 956 6000 and they can check the order for you.
