Money owed

I ordered a phone contract last week, where I payed £100 upfront, EE then called me to explain I couldn’t go through with it and I would get the £100 back into my account within 5 days, however it’s been longer than that I’m just wondering where the money is and wether it’s getting returned into my bank.

What date was the order cancelled? There's been 4 non-working days in the past week, many payments are only processed on working days.
