I have ordered an Iphone 16 pro max EE no Frills unlimited on the 24th of April. I have received an email confirmation only but have not received any further information about when my phone will be delivered. I have tried to track the order but it does not work. If someone could help me out that would be great.

Looking at the stock table , iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Black is in stock and with expect despatch within 1 day, so you should have received it by now. 

As you've not heard anything back I'd recommend giving our Customer Service team a call where a guide can check your order went through correctly. They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.

If the order didn't complete fully, they'll be able to go through any additional steps required.

I can have a look to see if there have been any delays on the model you ordered. 

Which colour and storage size of the iPhone 16 Pro Max did you order?

The colour is black titanium and it is 256GB

Hi there

This does not help me at all, all it does is take me to the home page of EE. Im getting really frustrated now as you guys have taken my upfront money for the phone and have not been in contact with me or nothing.
If you can get them to arrange my phone and contact me asap or give me the exact customer service number please.

I'm sorry our Contact Us page isn't working for you right now, and I'm not too sure why that is.

You can give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
