Did you receive notification from DPD that there was going to be a delivery and on the day another one with a one hour window?
If you were not in when it was being delivered, or the address was incomplete, then it would be returned to EE. We do need more information to help you where we can, as this is not customer service, but a public forum with no account access.

No as I dont have a phone to put sim in a phone they said that they are sending it back to you is there anyway you can get dpd to re deliver to me and put an email address on so I can make sure I'm in

I am so sorry to hear this.
Have you checked DPD online for the status of your order to see if you yourself can request redelivery?
Once your phone is on it's way back there is unfortunately no way for us send a redelivery request.
When your phone has been received by our warehouse and scanned back in you will receive notification. As you currently don't have a phone I would recommend allowing a few days for this to update then checking with our customer care team on 0800 079 8586 who can then arrange for your order to be redelivered.
