I am very disappointed with EE, I did the upgrade on Sunday and the person who helped me said that I would receive it the next day, today is Wednesday and I have not received anything. How do I withdraw from the contract? I want to move to another network since I even pay less.

If you are happy for me to do this would you please provide me with what you upgraded to and also the colour and memory size?
