Item returned to EE

I recently ordered a phone from EE and the item was confirmed and I was given confirmation of the order and told it would be arriving today but upon looking at the DPD tracking it said it had been returned to co-signer and it was heading back to EE with no text or explanation

I'm sorry to hear that there was a problem with your order. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to look into this and find out what's happened.
