Hello, I bought a phone through the app, and it followed all the steps, but when it came to payment, I entered my card details and the plan entry was purchased, but the page refreshed and then it didn't.I can't enter any information about my order, I didn't receive any email or message, but the deposit was deducted from my card, how do I know if the order was placed or not?

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

If the deposit was taken,  it should be pending on your account, then the order should have been placed. If it is not accepted, then you will receive an email saying so and the money will be refunded within 7-10 days.

Other than that, you can ring customer service to find out.
