Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

We currently have a wait time for all iPhone 17 Pro Max's in blue.

If you let me know which memory size option you went for, I'll be able to give you a time frame for your delivery?

What date did you place the order? 

If you ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Deep Blue after the 21st October, the guidance for delivery is usually dispatched within 21 days.

We're working on orders on a first-come first-served basis, and once the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with delivery details.

Hi, so your telling these people that if they ordered theirs on the 21st of october it will come within 21 days but still sticking to the first orders first and shipping them out based on what date people ordered. So I ordered mine on the 6th and still have had  no update?  I will get mine before them won’t i?

Been a week today since ordered 17 pm in silver 256gb. Was a nightmare ordering, having to go through extra security steps. Official order was made over the phone on Monday 20th, and via tracking today shows order is ‘Your order is on track’ just questioning what it means as didn’t expect to hear anything till it’s dispatched

Only due to the stock the business has. It can vary with older order getting processed so stock becomes even less. But they say a 28 days typically until they should have stock. I would say ID mobile do next day due to the stock they have and not a lot of people been doing new contracts with them
