Thanks for coming to the community. 

For orders placed on or after the 27th Feb for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in silver, the guidance is showing as 'Usually despatched within 21 days'

Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery.

Thanks for confirming @Mike19790.

The expected timescale for that model when you placed your order on 22nd February was also that it would be dispatched within 21 days.

As @Leanne_T mentioned, DPD will let you know when it is on the way either by text or email, or in the DPD app if you have that.
