Why is my order not dispatched yet and no delivery date. Ordered on 26.09.2022 and was told that it would be dispatched within 21 days. There is nothing to check every time when EE sends an email re update on the order but in fact when you check, there’s no update. Is there a purpose for these emails?!

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

The delivery guidance at the time of your order was 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Hi,

If ‘expect to dispatch’ is more than 28 days, does it mean it could take months or year to get dispatched? Dont seem to see a timeframe.
