Invoice/E-Receipt for Guest Order

Hi I ordered Sony xm4’s from the EE website using guest checkout and I need the Invoice/E-Receipt to claim the 1 year extended warranty for them. Is there anyway I can add the order to my account to request the Invoice/E-Receipt?

Have you received any order confirmation emails from us? Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case the email made its way there.

I have the order confirmation emails as I entered my email during the guest checkout. However I created my account after purchasing the headphones. This is why the order doesn’t show up on my orders so I can’t request the invoice. The Sony website says they don’t accept order confirmations so the invoice is required. I’m wondering if theres a way to add the guest order to my account to request the invoice or get the invoice using the reference number in the email.

If you have a chat with our Electronics team, or drop them an email through this Contact us page. They'll be able to look into that and see if an invoice can be sent to you.
