Hi,
I placed an order for a blue 15 Pro Max on the 02/11/2023 as part of an upgrade I’ve got all the necessary confirmation E-mails and text messages but I haven’t heard anything from anyone and when I track order it says “Sorry we can’t show order details right now” does anyone have any idea what or when I should expect anything from EE??

Hi Leanne,
It was the blue 256GB version and it did show up briefly and has now gone also there are some odd charges on the last bill showing the new plan?

Hi @Wizzy1233,
I would have expected you to have received that model by now and the plan showing on your bill is usually an indication that your phone has been dispatched.
If you haven't received any delivery notifications from DPD, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can check the status of your order.
