I ordered my new upgrade and its been saying my order is on the way but nothing has come. I havent received a a email or text or nothing and when I try to track my order it constantly says it doesn't work EE your online service is terrible and it's a constant I need to know what's happening with my phone

Which phone did you order and when did you order it? Please include the colour and memory size.

I've checked our stock levels and that model is in stock and expected to be dispatched within one day. I would recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so that they can check your order and make sure everything is OK from our side.
