How do I order to store?

I’m trying to start a new plan but the only option is to deliver to home with a window of 1-3 days which I am unable to do due to work. Is there any way I can order to store or do I just have to go in and do it that way?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

If you get in touch with our mobile guides, they can have a look at the delivery options and see if a store shows available for pick up near you. 

Or, you can visit the EE Store near you and place the order, to do this please take photo ID with you either a passport or driving license.
