Hi please help!!!!!

I ordered a Samsung Chromebook go WiFi today though my app. It all went though and I paid upfront through Apple and the money has been taken from my account but didn’t get any confirmation and it’s still showing in my basket in the app? I have called and they said they can’t find an order and can’t help!!!!!!!! So am I supposed to just leave the £165 taken from Ee marketplace?

It could be that the order was still being processed over the Bank Holiday. It may be worth checking in again with the Mobile Care team a little later today.
