I'm trying to buy a phone monthly but when I get to tbe basket part it tells me to add a phone or broadband or go on the forum. How on earth do I get past this step to buy tbe phone?!

@Jaybush : Don't login to your MyEE before going to the EE Shop. It expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.

I've already made an account as I thought yiu had to now I can't get past that link screen

If you are not already an EE contract cust you only need a MyEE a/c to use this Community. If you log into it while going to the EE Shop it thinks you are already an EE cust. Therefore a non-EE contract cust must not log in to MyEE when going to the EE Shop.

What stage in the checkout does it make you log in? I can get all the way to the Direct Debit w/out it it asking me to login when I try to buy an iPhone 14.
