Help! DPD Return Query

Hi, I’m just looking for some advice regarding my Nintendo Switch 2 Mobile Add-on return.

I posted the parcel yesterday at my local DPD Parcel Shop, and I have proof that I dropped it off. However, this afternoon I’ve received another email containing a different QR code, saying I need to show it at a DPD collection point when posting my parcel.

As I’ve already sent the parcel, should I just ignore this email and QR code, or is there anything else I need to do?

Thanks!

I’ve just contacted customer support and explained my situation and they have said that their system shows that I have dropped the parcel off and it’s been confirmed by DPD.

They said to not worry as it takes up to 7 working days for them to receive my parcel via DPD.

@gw2610  You need to call customer support about this.  Don’t ignore it as they will scan a QR for the one you returned but because the other will not get scanned and it mean you haven’t returned the item even though you have.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
