Have i been approved

Ordered a iphone 17 pro max on 16/01/26 they took upfront cost, then screen went white, no further information on the phone or delivery of the phone has been sent, is this because it was a Friday or have I just not been approved? I wouldn't mind a rejection email at this point just sick of waiting to find out whats happening
