Ive had the confirmation email and code, the moneys been taken but since ordering on the 29th September, nothing. Does this mean theres just a backlog of orders and i literally will get a delivery update from dpd when they are to deliver it? the trackers saying 'sorry, we can't show your order details right now'
can anyone put my miind to rest? thank you 🙂

Yes, that means your order has gone through. DPD will be in touch when your order is ready to be delivered.
