Expect Dispatch

Could someone enlighten me.. what is the difference on the website between “expect despatch within” and “usually despatched within” 

Example the iPhone 16 Pro Max 512GB in black is saying on the website “expect dispatch within 3 days” whereas the iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB is saying “usually despatched within 21 days”

We would aim for delivery within 21 days for iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB. 

I believe this is a popular device and more information/stock is available for the 512GB variant.
