Estimated wait time for iPhone 14 Pro Max?

So I upgraded my contract just yesterday to an iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB Purple, just wondering if there was an update on the estimated timeframe to get it delivered? I went into store yesterday, they couldn't sort out my contract there, but they mentioned it would be a day's wait (but that's delivery to store). 

Any updates would be great, I know I'll probably be waiting for a little while.

@itsamieemarie  The online webpage for the model type is

Expect despatch in more than 28 days”

so you can expect to wait that long even with a store order

I’ve also ordered an iPhone 14 pro max 128gb Deep Purple 😅

 

I placed my order on the 30th December as part of an “early upgrade”. Even though the websites states “expect despatch in more than 28 days”

I’ve done some research myself as I was curious to understand how “Foxconn” which is the Apple’s biggest manufacturing plant in the word based in China is getting on which I do believe was the main cause of the stock for the iPhone 14 Pro & Pro Max due to covid! It turns out they’ve finally got back up to scratch with reaching 90% of the anticipated peak capacity!

 

so if we’re lucky, we may have to only wait maybe a week or 2! 🤷🏻‍♂️
